According to a BBC news report, HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) sent a couple of CDs with this highly sensitive data to the National Audit Office on 18th October 2007, but didn’t discover the information was missing until 24th October 2007. 2007-10-12 01:55:00 There is a tenant below me that smokes cigarettes a lot. The smoke is so bad, it comes through the windows of my apartment. I asked the owner of the complex if there was anything he can do or say to the tenant but, he told me there was nothing he could do because he might take it as discrimination.I don't want to keep closing my windows every 20 minutes because of the smoke. I like the breeze that comes through my windows because it doesn't leave my apartment all stuffy. Am I just stuck with this problem or can he actually do something about it? I really think I shouldn't have to put up with it.There is also a big problem with the same tenant regarding loud music and random people showing up at all hours of the day and night especially. I have also made this clear to the owner but, I don't know if he'll do anything about it. Is there something I, as a tenant, can do to show him that its a problem?

I call the parents house to see if they are still in town. Over the years the number has gone down not from success or leaving from death. But that is a piss poor excuse to die there.
