2008-05-29 15:20:00 Hutchison, parent company of wireless service provider 3, announced today that they two have signed a deal with Apple for the iPhone. The announcement adds Hong Kong and Macau to the list of 3G iPhone launch regions. Incidentally, this is the first Chinese-controlled territory to get an iPhone launch rumor since Apple ended talks with China Mobile back in November of last year. Hutchison didn't go into any specifics with the announcement, only saying that they would be offering it some time "later this year." [via Electronista]

Casino gaming recorded gross revenue of 29.823 billion patacas between January and March 2008, the first three months of this year revenue is almost equal to the entire year of 2003. While betting on other activities such as horseracing, dogs, football, basketball and lotteries accounted for gross revenue of 262 million patacas. VIP baccarat has contributed 20.801 billion patacas or 69.14 percent of total gross revenue from the casino gaming gross revenue.
