A crazy Malay bum on PROTES?s July 12th anti-fuel hike rally
2008-06-06 10:00:00
Read from MalaysiaKini yesterday that PROTES is calling upon Malaysians to take part in another massive public rally targeted to be bigger than the infamous BERSIH mass rally held last year. This new mass rally is planned to take place on the 12th of July 2008.Hmm? Do what you want to do PROTES but please put things in perspective before going any further. Fuel price hikes are unstoppable not only in Malaysia but in other parts of the world too. It is something that we have no control whatsoever. Fuel price hikes are caused by external factors that are very much controlled and dictated by influential Masonic figures (ask Mahathir, Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and Anwar Ibrahim about them). Those filthy rich Arabian/Middle Eastern Sheikhs are just stage puppets and they could not do anything to help ease the problem either.Think about it, PROTES. Can you really make any difference with that planned big rally of yours? It would be better off if PROTES work closely with MTUC in their fight to ...

Some Differences between Malay and English Grammar
2008-04-18 18:31:00
1 Position of Adjectives In Malay, the adjectives are placed after nouns instead of in front of them as in English. e.g. Rumah besar (Big house) 2 Countable nouns in Malay must be preceded by numerical coefficients (penjodoh bilangan) after counting words (kata bilangan) such as dua (two), kedua-dua (both), beberapa (several), and berpuluh-puluh (tens of) but there are no numerical coefficients in English. e.g. a) Dia membeli dua buah buku. (He bought two books.) b) Kedua-dua biji buah epal ini sudah masak. (Both apples are ripe.) c) Beberapa orang pelajar sedang dimarahi oleh guru mereka. (Several students are being told off by their teacher.) ) Berpuluh-puluh pucuk surat permohonan jawatan sudah ditulisnya. (Tens of application letters for jobs have been written by him.) In the above four sentences the words in bold are penjodoh bilangan which must be used in front of countable nouns which appear in italic. 3 There are no pronoun...
Nik Aziz on NEP & the destruction of UMNO and Malay secularism
2008-03-21 14:00:00
Hmm? Interesting!YAB Tuan Guru Dato' Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat believes that we can still salvage the New Economic Policy that has been misused and abused by the elite and filthy rich Malays (sounds like UMNO? Bwah! Ha! Ha!).Perhaps so, my dear Tuan Guru. Efforts to salvage NEP must be done and initiated by those trusted by the common people. Personally, I believe that only PAS should be given the initiative and responsibility of tweaking NEP to make it work for everybody. As for your prediction of the destruction of UMNO and Malay secularism; InsyAllah? Islam will be victorious in the end and Justice will prevail for everybody regardless of religion, race and color.Hudhaifah bin Al-Yaman, may Allah be pleased with him, reported:People used to ask the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) about the good deeds, but I used to ask him about the bad deeds fearing lest they overtake me. I said: Messenger of Allah, we were in the midst of ignorance and evil, and then Allah brought us th...

MyKakis Dot Net ? Top Malay P*rn Site: Who is behind it?
2008-02-28 19:10:00
A lot of people have asked me this question, who is behind or running MyKakis Dot Net?Yeah, that domain is pretty famous here in Malaysia. It is the most popular Malay p*rn site not only in Malaysia but also in Singapore and in other South East Asian countries as well. The site owner denies that his site is a Malay p*rn site but we all know too well that he is trying to disguise his sick site as some kind of a good and educational website for Malay teenagers. Yeah, right! Did he think that we are that stupid?!A lot of innocent girls and boys have been put on display by this outrageous website. As matter of fact, a number of them even filed police reports but none of them managed to bring down MyKakis Dot Net. One day, it will! You see, all those people who filed police reports against MyKakis Dot Net didn?t know that the website is actually registered to a fella living in Singapore. To bring down MyKakis Dot Net, innocent victims should have come down to Bukit Aman and seek assistan...

Malay Indians welcome Deputy PM's assurance government help
2008-02-06 10:43:00
Malay Indians have welcomed eputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s assurance of government help for Indians. Businessman Balbir Singh, 62, said Razak's reaching out to the Malay Indian community is laudable, but this must be translated into action. He hoped this would translate into a temple for the Sikh community, who have had to travel to Kota Baru or Kuantan for prayers. Najib had said the government would look into the grievances of Indians as fast as possible. Addressing some 3,900 delegates at the MIC’s one-day special convention at the Putra World Trade Centre in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday, Najib said the government was going to do “something more” for the community. The delivery mechanism would be discussed in cabinet. Restaurant owner M. Chandran, 58, said he was more than happy with the way the government conducted business. MIC Kuala Terengganu division chairman Dr Dayal Krishnan welcomed Najib’s statement. “We hope it will be ref...

Malaysian Deputy PM says Malay Indian grievances will be resolved
2008-02-04 12:08:00
The grievances of Malay Indians will be addressed and attempts will be made by the government to resolve them soon, Malaysia's Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has pledged. Addressing some 3,900 delegates at the Malaysian Indian Congress's (MIC) one-day special convention at the Putra World Trade Centre here on Sunday, the New Strait Times quoted Razak as saying: "We have to address their grievances as fast as possible, just as much as we have to address the grievances of the other communities." Najib, however, did not elaborate on what more would be done. "We are going to do something more for the Indian community. The mechanism on how we are going to do this will be discussed at the cabinet. I cannot divulge what happens at cabinet meetings, but a lot of time is spent discussing Indian issues," he said to a standing ovation from the crowd. The deputy prime minister's assurance came after MIC president Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu had told the conve...

The 66 include the opposition Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) Supreme Council member N Gobalakrishnan. All have been charged with being involved in unlawful assembly in front of the Sri Subramaniar Temple in Batu Caves on November 25 last year, which was organised by Hindraf. The accused have also been charged with criminal violence against the police during the rally. They are on 500 ringgit (Rs 6000) bail and have to report to the nearest police station once a month. Malay Traditional Treatment for Sinus (Resdong) - Worm Inside Your Face?
2008-02-03 03:31:00
'Resdong' is the Malay word for nose sinus. This is a traditional therapy in some place in Malaysia. The footage have been in Majalah 3 by TV3 few years ago. It shows that the medicine man rubbed some substance from insect to the man's face and then soon after that all the worms come out directly from the face. This treatment is said to able to heal the sinus problem and almost never to re-occur again. Can anyone explain this? Where all those worms comes from? There are more Malay's traditional treatments for the sinus problems such as using medicated smoke and other methods, but i found that this method is more amusing.
Malay Minister Vellu wants to be more open to the views of Indian youths
2008-01-29 12:01:00
Malaysian Minister and President of the Malaysian Indian Congress S. Samy Vellu has said that he would like to be more open to the views of Indian youths in the country. According to the online version of The Strait Times, Vellu said he appreciated the role of Indian youth in bringing positive changes to the community, and added that his doors are open for an interaction with them. He added that he would promote a similar message to the many Indian professionals in the country. "The MIC will work with anyone who wishes to see the progress and development of the Indian community, but we will fight to the ground those who poison the minds of the Indians," the website quoted him, as saying. Samy Vellu said Indian youth played a major role in ensuring that the community remained united, calling them a force that would shape the future direction of Indians. He also admitted that there had been "weaknesses" in the government's implementation and delivery system that...

BLOG-EVENT XXXI: CURRIES - Hähnchen-Korma Malay
2008-01-27 00:00:00

Which Malay Muslim mob?
2007-11-20 06:30:00
Well folks, I have been playing MalaysiaKini?s latest video over and over again last night and I?m really curious about one thing.Perhaps it would be best if you folks take a look at the video first. The video has a lot to do with the police raids (MalaysiaKini has more on this) conducted yesterday on two offices of HINDRAF (Hindu Rights Action Force) lawyers. Go ahead folks, watch and listen!Courtesy of MalaysiaKiniNow, I?m sure you folks heard P. Uthayakumar said something about a Malay Muslim mob and Indian gangsters mentioned in the video. Let?s not talk about the Indian gangsters for I?m more interested in the Malay Muslim mob that he had mentioned.Under normal circumstances, we would normally associate a Malay mob with UMNO for an example. But P. Uthayakumar specifically mentioned that it was a Malay Muslim mob. Well now, that strong hint seems to point to God-fearing Muslims, the kind of Muslims that many non-Muslims considered as radical, fanatical or extreme (there is no su...

PAS seeking royal intervention from the Malay Sultanates?
2007-09-20 03:00:00
Yes, folks! It is official! PAS submitted an official memorandum to the attention of our Malay Sultanates in their visit to the Royal Palace yesterday. PAS is urging the Malay Sultanates to establish an independent Royal Commission to conduct an open and transparent investigation into the Pantai Batu Buruk incident that happened on the 8th of September 2007 recently. HarakahDaily has more on this story. I’m sure that all Malaysian eyes would be focused on our Malay Sultanates in the next few weeks. It would be interesting to see how they would respond to this well publicized memorandum submitted by PAS yesterday. If our Malay Sultanates intervene as we all had hoped for, there is still hope left for us poor Malaysians. If they keep quite about it, we poor Malaysians are as good as dead. Courtesy of HarakahDaily Dot Net I would like to ask those folks over at HarakahDaily, MalaysiaKini and Malaysia...

Hopeless Malaysian Malay Muslims?
2007-08-31 09:07:00
I read with great interest an article posted by HarakahDaily today. It is about events that had transpired on the eve of our 50th year of independence involving Malaysian Malay (Melayu) Muslim youths. Yes, our ?mat saleh? (westerner) wannabe Malaysian Malay teenagers! :-(HarakahDaily was not making the story up. It is true. We can see that every single day nowadays. Our Malaysian Malay Muslim teenagers are really lost in limbo believing that that they are some ?mat salehs?, free to do whatever they like. Sex, alcohol and drugs are nothing to them. They are pleasures that our Malaysian Malay teenagers could not live without nowadays. Enemies of Islam would have been proud and happy to see that our Malaysian Malay teenagers are addicted to things that destroy the very foundation of Islam. :-(While I?m thankful that HarakahDaily is highlighting that today, I?m not too happy with the fact that they are highlighting it with mere words. If they are really serious about using the technolog...

Wake up Malaysian Malay Muslims!
2007-08-28 15:10:00
As a born Muslim, I had always taken the opportunity wherever and whenever I can to learn more about Islam. My tendency to do that was quite visible lately. Alhamdulillah? Suffice to say that nowadays I would take the opportunity to attend and listen to any speeches given by our local Islamic Ulamas and scholars.Today however, I stumbled upon a very good speech in the form of a video. Frankly speaking, the speech is the most inspiring and the most powerful message I have ever heard so far in my life. It is targeted to those young Muslims over in America but in actual sense, it is should be heard by all Muslims wherever in the world!I would like to feature the video here today for all of my readers especially for those young Muslims who are eager to be some kind of ?mat salehs? (westerners). I sincerely hope that every Muslims who viewed this video today would in the end finally wake up from their slumbers and hallucinations. The speech would definitely whack some sense into Muslims....
Malaysian Malay women! Do you know what Hijab is all about?
2007-08-26 19:23:00
Relax? I?m not going to give any lecture on this. :-)It is just that I had stumbled upon a great video which is related to the subject in hand earlier today and I think that every Malaysian Malay Muslim women (wanita Melayu@Muslimah) can benefit a lot from it.The definition of Hijab nowadays has been attacked by numerous form of fashions and trends that many of the Malaysian Malay Muslim women today thought that Hijab is only about covering their heads. No ladies, Hijab is more than that. It is about covering and shielding your modesty. To find out more about that, please refer to the following video. I know that some of our ?mat saleh? (westerner) wannabe Malaysian Malays would not like this one bit. Like it or not, they just have to accept it by first accepting the fact that the requirement of Hijab in Islam is actually to protect and honor all Muslims, both men and women.Who are we to argue about it?Viewer discretion is advisedTechnorati Tags: malaysian, malaysia, malays, melayu, ...
Malaysian Malay women? Beware of China-made Toys! Part II
2007-08-26 15:12:00
With regards to my earlier posting with the same subject posted on the 2nd of August 2007, I would like to bring your attention once again to this very subject.I was asked by a reader of this blog to feature two good videos here. The two videos featured a television show called Inside Story and it was produced by Aljazeera Dot Net quite recently. Consider it as their inside story on this whole subject. I have taken a look at it and found it to be enlightening.Take note that I?m not doing this on behalf of our Malaysian Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs. They never bothered to give us any information on this subject. Our government-controlled news media did not say much about it either and that includes TV¾, the so called champion of the Malaysian Malays (Melayu). Heck, correct me if I?m wrong but I think even MalaysiaKini did not say anything about this back then.Funny, isn?t it?How come they are not really highlighting this issue and show some concerns here in Malaysi...
Malaysian Malay women and their credit cards!
2007-08-22 06:50:00
A few concerned Malaysian Malay Muslim sisters (Muslimah) recently had asked me to highlight their concerns on the rising number of our young Malaysian Malay women (wanita Melayu) who were debt ridden with uncontrollable debts due to their excessive use of conventional credit cards. They also said that the numbers of Malaysian Malay women who have been declared bankrupts because of their failures to properly manage their conventional credit cards spending are also on the sharp rise.Sure, I would feature their concerns here today but I do realize that there is nothing much that I can do to help solve the problems that they have raised as mentioned earlier. I am not going to waste my time asking our National Bank (Bank Negara) to share their thoughts on the matter for I very well know that they would never entertain my request.Yes, this whole issue with regards to the usage of conventional credit cards among our Malaysian Malay women has certainly raised some questions. I do notice th...
Malay and Bahasa Indonesia as a third language
2007-08-21 02:37:00
Because i have revived my NewsGator RSS subscription, i have started to read the news, after a one year hiatus. Yes, and that includes Singapore's news as well. I cannot believe that they are introducing Malay and Bahasa Indonesia as a third language for students now, and it gives the students added bonus points to enter a junior college too. Why didn't they do that during my time?? I would have enrolled in it promptly. Also i have never heard of the Special Malay Programme or the Special Chinese Programme, and they were in place since 1986?? Are these programmes restricted to the top schools only? Because certainly, i have never heard a whisper of these top-secret programmes when i was in TKGS, and TKGS was certainly in the top 10 rankings during my time. Now it has sadly deteriorated to a state that can only induce sighs from old-school girls. The new Regional Studies Programmes are going to be introduced as usual in the perceived better schools - the ridiculously perceived h...
