Brunch en el Malbec
2008-11-24 17:38:00 Después de hacerme adicta al brunch, en El Café del Baluarte, tenía ganas de probar otro un poco más selecto, de los que ofrecen en los hoteles de cinco estrellas. Había leído una referencia de Lila, sobre el brunch que hacen en Malbec y como está cerca de mi casa en Barcelona, decidí acercarme hace unas semanas.Malbec es uno de los dos restaurantes que tiene el Hotel Skipper, situado en el Port Olimpic de Barcelona. Se trata de un local luminoso y amplio, ubicado en la plata baja del hotel, en el cada domingo se sirve un brunch que va adaptando sus platos según la temporada. En esta ocasión gran parte del menú estaba elaborado con setas, el producto estrella de la temporada, junto a boniatos, castañas y los panellets típicos de la fiesta de Todos los Santos. Para comenzar nos ofrecieron un aperitivo con vermut Izaguirre, acompañado de mejillones en escabeche y boquerones. The weekend in November when Christophe of Cayuse invites his list to Walla Walla to pick up their futures and those of us who are not on the list take advantage of it in other fun ways? In Argentina, it is their signature grape and often labeled, “Malbeck.†In California, it has typically been a minor player and used as a blending grape in their Meritage® or other Bordeaux-style blends.
