The area has a nice beachy upscale feeling and some of our favorite coffee shops, eateries and such. When new establishments come to town we check them out as soon as we can. One such place we observed is Simmzy's Pub, a relative newcomer. I remember this space housing a Japanese restaurant not long ago. We noticed crowds every time we passed by Simmzy's and that only increased our wish to visit it in the near future.
