2007-05-23 21:07:00 Barsuk - 2.007Con "I am the fun blame monster!", su disco de debut del 2003, Menomena ya nos enseñaron sus artes en esto de parir un buen disco, con una calidad adecuadamente superior a la media y la motivación necesaria para buscar incesablemente diferentes vías de experimentación tanto a nivel artístico como técnico. Precisamente de esa búsqueda constante surgió la idea de utilizar el Deeler (software desarrollado por Brent Knopf, para crear composiciones polimorfas).Cuatro años después, parece que los de Portland siguen levantando pasiones por su la arquitectura abstracta de sus canciones y por ese ímpetu que los acerca más al plano informático o científico que al meramente musical.
