One day a meteorite hit the atmosphere and burned down to a tiny rock that shot through the window near the dresser and struck the lava lamp near the top and sunk on top on the lava, leaving a tiny hole in the top of the lava lamp. One night the lamp got turned on and warmed up. The tiny rock mixed into the lava and moving around, heating up. It caused a reaction in the lava and some squirted out onto the teddy bear. Oscar the Cat- Can he really sense death??
2007-07-27 19:24:00 Oscar is a two year old cat that resides at a nursing home in Providence, R.I. But he is no ordinary cat. According to an essay submitted to The New England Journal of Medicine written by David M. Dosa, MD, MPH, a geriatrician who cares for patients at the nursing home, Oscar can sense death is near!He would always show up two to even three hours earlier when he senses it it time for the patient to go and curl up at the patient's bed as if providing comfort during those last few hours. He had done this about 25 times and never been wrong. His actions now even serve as an alert for staff to notify next-of-kins so that they can come and say their goodbyes. One continuous annoyance though:I was hired by a homeowner to rent their property-signed Management Agt.on file- I found THE perfect tenant and moved forward. About a month in to the lease, my homeowners said they decided to use the condo for personal use (this is a vacation town) and want the tenant out. Finally, after repeated attempts to explain the tenant was in a 6 month lease, the owners broke their Management Agt. As stated in the agt. they were charged a full month rent collected for breaking the contract. Now I am receiving letters from their lawyer threatening to sue.....am I at fault here?
