The complaint states that "Defendants caused actual harm, not only because consumers were subjected to the aggravation that necessarily accompanies wireless spam, but also because consumers frequently have to pay their cell phone service providers for the receipt of such wireless spam." The complaint seeks an injunction requiring defendants to cease the wireless spam as well as statutory damages to the class (defined as anyone who has received one of these messages)....

Its message has to have some type of selling aspect to it — influences your purchase decision. A lot of the Bud Light TV commercials are great — but they’re little more than entertainment. If that’s what Bud Light is trying to achieve — make you think well of its beer — fine. If that’s not Bud Light’s intend, it’s lost on me. If it is, funny beer commercials don’t make me want to buy beer. When I made the appointment in early December, they set up a blood test, and two ultrasounds; one for my heart and one for the abdomen. Michele's sister gave birth to a boy last week, making me an uncle, except we're not married so I don't know if that's an official title or like a gray area. Anyway, to go along with all this newness, I guess I owe a new post. Or at least a new-ish one. Tuesday I was at Harvard Vanguard Kenmore for most of the day.
