The annual Costume Institute Gala is probably the fashion event of the year, second to no other event except maybe the Oscars. This year's theme was, "Poiret: The King Of Fashion," honoring Pual Pioret, the self proclaimed king of fashion. Poiret was a French fashion designer around the time of WWI, who's probably best known for his designs that freed women from the corsets that were worn during that time. So many people came out for this year's Gala, so I just chose a few of my favorite looks to share with you all. Cameron Diaz definitely wore my favorite look of the night in her magenta Christian Dior gown. I loved this dress on the runway in January, and I love it on Cameron.
