Berg was joined in the announcement by Andrew C. Arena, FBI Special Agent in Charge.The 2-count indictment charges that James Wiese, through his company Great Lakes Custom Builder, LLC, purchased twelve residential properties in Birmingham, Michigan in 2004 and 2005. VanderZwaag, 37, and Daniel Lee VanderZwaag, 36, of Holland, Michigan, were found guilty by a federal jury in Kalamazoo of one count each of mail fraud and wire fraud. Patricia L. VanderZwaag was also convicted on one count of financial institution fraud and one count of money laundering. The defendants are the owners of Mad Jac Corporation, also known as B & J Towing. They've got nothing to lose at this point, and I expect the full bore of 527's with Revered Wright, William Ayers and anything else they can dredge up. I figure things are going to get awful dirty real fast. To be honest, it's probably McCain's only hope at this point.Pennsylvania looks like it is pulling away for Obama now. Biden is a big hit here. It's a funny state. There's Democratic Philly and Pittsburgh and Pennsyltucky, Pennsylsippi and Pennsylbama in between. A bunch of rural, racist Whites, often Democrats, who love to hunt and ain't voting for no nigger.Still, recent polls are giving Obama up to a 12 point lead. The state has a 1 million Democratic registration advantage so it's really a trap for McCain.
