I can imagine a scenario where users could access content from the likes of Netflix and Blockbuster to view movies on-demand which would then charge their online account directly. It's pretty much happening with Napster and Rhapsody on the music end, why not with video? I see no barriers, technology wise, that would prohibit this with the current crop of HD capable media adapters if the content and a firmware update where made available.
