If you have ever had a similar issue please feel free to leave a comment about your Xbox 360 customer support issue.Well apparently after doing a little search via Youtube.com there is a bunch of other xbox 360 gamers who have experienced the same if not similar issues with Microsoft Xbox support. (view video below) You would think since people spend $300+ on their games system you would get a little better customer support... especially if they want to keep getting money from us by having us buy their games.
