Ok so there have been many things said on the street about Microsoft planning to release brand new Xbox 360 consoles in 2010, the thing is the company are still planning on updating the consoles design a fair few times in the next few years. If you have ever had a similar issue please feel free to leave a comment about your Xbox 360 customer support issue.Well apparently after doing a little search via Youtube.com there is a bunch of other xbox 360 gamers who have experienced the same if not similar issues with Microsoft Xbox support. (view video below) You would think since people spend $300+ on their games system you would get a little better customer support... especially if they want to keep getting money from us by having us buy their games. As for myself I try to hit up GameStop to buy they used games. (el cheapo)
