I am going to keep this weekend post short and calorie free....A first on this blog and I hope you won't hurt too much while in sugar withdrawal. Thankfully for your (and mine) sweet tooth, there will be plenty of chocolate and butter to be blogged about next week!Call me obsessed with the man, or just a fervent admirer of his talent and creations (although I will tell you about my newest pastry God next week), but I have been wanting these miniatures the day I saw them on Carol's Paris Breakfast blog. Not only did she photograph them but she also painted them with exquisite accuracy. She included various sources to order them and I clicked away that very minute. I was "that" close to getting the Visa out when my little angel of reason perched itself on my shoulder and whispered "You don't have money for futilities right now Tartelette...put the card back!" 12 year old, sweet and easy to handle pony, mini gelding

Dandy is a 12 year old pony/miniature horse gelding. He is 10.25 hands tall and such a sweetie. He loads like a pro and one of the farriers favorites. He is extremely easy going. I am selling him for some friends of mine who have had him a year and their son has out grown him. He rides and uses a bitless bridle. He is an easy keeper and thrives off 2-3 flakes of hay a day plus a small cup of feed. He has no bad habits. He is up to date on his vaccinations and worming. Farrier references are available. Great for beginners or use as a lesson pony. He is a sweetie and sure to make a child extremely happy.

His sire is a multi-grand champion(pictured with Karl) who has produced champion foals. This little guy may turn the same color as his Dad. Already he is a stand out with his white mane and tail. He should mature to 31 inches. Karl has been handled every day since birth, feet trimmed every 3 weeks, wormed regularly, and has been vaccinated. This foal has a personality that can not be beat-he will be in the back pasture, out of sight but not hearing. When he is called, he will whinny and come running to greet you.
