Miss Sixty's 'Brodie' t-bars in metallic leather I don't think I'll ever get tired of oversized buckles on shoes, and when the shoes in question come in a lovely, soft metallic leather, well, so much the better. These are by Miss Sixty , and as well as the taupe colour shown, they also come in a navy blue. They're $198, and, although it's not too obvious from this picture, also have an open toe. The sheen of the leather makes these fairly dressy, but I reckon they could also be dressed down quite easily with more casual outfits, especially if you buy them in navy blue, which is hugely popular at the moment.

Miss Sixty is commonly known as a denim brand, but out of the 41 models who went down the runway, only 8 models took to the runway in denim, so I guess the brand is evolving.The show opened with a navy, brown and ivory strapless print dress with a tiered skirt that was worn with a beaded fringed belt, this set the tone of the 60s theme.Maxi dresses, tie-dye dresses, psychedelic tights, fringed leg warmers were all on display.You can view the whole collection here.Ashley Olsen looks great here, sticking to her usual cool laid back style. I adore her large crocodile clutch.Only Chloe Sevigny can get away with the ensemble.I must prefer the long locks on Anne Hathaway. Expect to feel the groove this Fashion Week. When Miss Sixty presents its Fall 2008 collection as part of New York Fashion Week on Sunday, February 3 at 8 p.m., get ready for peace, love, and happiness. This season Miss Sixty has collaborated with world-famous rock ‘n’ roll poster artist Bob Masse to design the set. This vintage-inspired installation will include an adaptation of Masse’s famous commemorative Janis Joplin poster enlarged to cover the entire runway; pieces will be further enhanced by the application of UV paint, bringing a feeling of the ’60s hippie movement to the 21st century. Last season Hilary Swank, Mischa Barton, and Demi Moore sat runway-side and we can’t wait to see who will rock out to this psychedelic art movement atmosphere this season. Victoria Bartlett will be styling once again; she previously partnered with Miss Sixty to style the Spring 2008 show and will also work on the Spring/Summer 2008 advertising campaign. Weighing in on the Great Boot Debacle: my vote's for Miss Sixty's mid-heeled boots When it comes to boots, our Shoewawa writers are divided: some can't get enough of heeled boots, while others lean more towards flats. Well, I'm going to put myself smack-bang in the middle, and pledge my allegiance to these fabulous mid-heeled boots from Miss Sixty! In soft black leather, the double-buckle detail at the ankle adds a little edge; while the low shaped heel and rounded toe keep them from being over-the-top. The downside? They're so gorgeous that the only size left is a UK3! If you're keen (and properly sized), you'd best get your skates on: they're £185 at ASOS.

Miss Sixty -- Check out the gigantic bag from Miss Sixty. It's totally wild! I wanna be a Miss Sixty girl!!Badgley Mischka -- Everything's pretty and all, but it doesn't really jump at you. You see a lot of the elements we saw this past spring and summer. Guess some are strong enough that the designer thinks they will carry into next year. Bill Blass -- Gorgeous in the classic Bill Blass way. But I wish the models had walked the runway and not just stood there. The dresses are exquisite, paired with models' old Hollywood glmamour hair and makeup.Abaeté -- very chic in that vacationing in Brazil kind of the feeling. Love the giant flower broches. Again you can see the '40s glamour influence.
