Stir in ginger ale. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add gelatin mixture in very small amounts, mixing on medium speed after each addition until well blended. Stir in thawed frozen strawberries. High ceilings and no insulation in the floor or walls (though I blew in loose fill insulation in the attic). Storm windows all around.Upstairs heat is provided by one 30K btu unvented gas heater in the living room along with an electric baseboard heater in the living room and an electric space heater in each bedroom.Downstairs (which has the most severe mold and mildew problem) heat is provided by two 30K btu unvented gas heaters (one in living room and one in dining room) along with electric baseboard heaters in living room, dining room, kitchen, and each bedroom.Downstairs tenants complain of wet walls and mold and mildew problems.
