Our lease has since expired (April 15) and we never received or signed a renewal. I notified the landlord that we are moving back to NY on May 31 and that we would be totally out July 11. He informed me that we will not get our last month's rent deposit back until we are out and he inspects the house and that he would mail it to NY. He also informed me that he has taken 3 $50 late fees out of our last month's rent.
