The sophomore-to-be ran for over 600 yards and 6 touchdowns last season as a backup to Steve Slaton.Also signing was WVU hoops standout Joe Alexander, a recent 8th overall selection by the Milwaukee Bucks in last month's NBA Draft. 2008-05-01 14:26:00 Though West Virginia doesn't ticket motorists solely for failing to wear their seat belts, the Mountain State's compliance rate is such that it qualifies for $5 million in federal safety grants, MetroNews reports."West Virginia's seat belt usage rate is near 90-percent for the past two years," MetroNews explains.
