Viajecito a Santiago para ver en la estupenda Sala Capitol a uno de mis autores fetiche, Nacho Vegas, codo con codo junto a Christina Rosenvinge (la de Alex y Christina), en un concierto que cerraba la gira de su EP conjunto "Verano Fatal".Antes del concierto ya hubo movida. Cuando ambos intérpretes llegaban agarrados del brazo, él con una cerveza, resultó que el portero de la sala no les dejó pasar por llevar la consumición de fuera. Otro portero corrigió y dio el visto bueno, pero Nacho se encaró y soltó un "bueno, en qué quedamos. A ver si os aclaráis". Esto propició que el primer portero se pusiese chulo y amenazase con no dejarle tocar. I recently bought a food dehydrator and one of the first things I made was these spicy nacho cheese chips using my raw vegan nacho cheese sauce recipe. In the past week these chips have become popular with family and friends who are not raw or vegan so this may be a good, healthy recipe for those people you know who are resistant to anything labeled "healthy." I use 90,000 hu (heat units) cayenne pepper in this recipe and it may be too spicy for most people, so you'll want to adjust the heat level to your taste or use a cayenne with a lower heat unit. Ingredients 2 c. red bell pepper 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 3 T. nutritional yeast (not Brewer's yeast) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp onion powder Directions Process all ingredients in a food processor. Pour onto dehydrator tray lined with a teflex sheet or parchment paper. This recipe fills one tray. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 12-15 hours, less if you'd like ...

This recipe for a raw, dairy-free, vegan spicy nacho "cheese" sauce is great tossed with zucchini noodles to make raw vegan "mac and cheese" and I've also been using it lately to make spicy nacho cheese chips in my food dehydrator. I use 90,000 hu ("heat units") cayenne pepper which makes this just spicy enough for me but probably too spicy for most people, so if you want to cool it down just use less cayenne or use a lower heat unit cayenne. (Most cayenne pepper found in stores is 30,000 hu. You can find 90,000 hu cayenne in ethnic or health food stores.) Ingredients 2 c. red bell pepper 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 3 T. nutritional yeast 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp onion powder Process all ingredients in a food processor. Pias - 2.007Vale que a mi la verdad es que Nacho Vegas no me vuelve loco , pero si los norteamericanos(U.S.A. para ser más preciso, que luego se mosquean con razón los del resto del continente) fardan todo lo que quieren y exportan su folk, folk alternativo, neocountry, etc... porque desde aquí no podemos vender también nuestro folklore. Y puestos a ser plurales, los españoles más que nadie, aquí cantamos en castellano, catalán, bable, esuskera, gallego y todos los dialectos que se nos pongan por delante. I've been stricken with a death cough this weekend -- bad enough to make me wonder at times if I was getting pneumonia again (I'm not), and bad enough to keep me mostly housebound on one of the prettiest weekends of the year. A lo mejor por el nombre no os suena, pero si os digo que es un ala-pívot del CB Granada, que mide 2,03, empezamos a tener cierta idea de quien es este jugador, 24 años y todo un futuro por delante en esto del baloncesto. Una persona abierta, jovial, aunque su pelo rapado, nos pueda intimidar, nada más lejos de la realidad.
