Nautanki.tv was founded in November 2006 by Sunil Nair and currently has its offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Dubai and New York. In the middle of last year nautanki was acquired by Hungama Digital. Hungama took a 74% stake in the company for Rs 4 crore giving it a valuation of Rs 5.4 crore. Nautanki has made multiple strong tie ups post its acquisition by hungama.
