2007-07-02 19:07:00 On en a déjà parlé la semaine dernière avec Victor le jardinier et pourtant il semblerait que certaines personnes fasse encore une utilisation limitée de la netiquette, voire de la bonne éducation. La semaine dernière, je me suis inscrit en Beta Testeur sur Skaaz, qui est une idée plutôt rigolote à base d'avatar.Dans la foulée, j'ai pris contact avec Simon de Skaaz, qui travaille pour cette nouvelle plateforme, pour lui demander d'assister à la soirée de lancement qui a lieu cette semaine. Tout se passe très bien, Simon de Skaaz me répond le jour même en m'envoyant les codes pour se connecter au Wiki de Skaaz et s'inscrire à la soirée. Inscription que je m'empresse de compléter et qui est validée directement.Jusque là tout va bien me direz-vous. Et ce matin, je reçois un charmant mail que je vous laisse découvrir ci-dessous.Je ne sais pas trop quoi penser de cette situation. 2007-05-26 15:03:00 Netiquette – A way to behave online. Perhaps this term is not so famous amongst people. This is a ‘technical’ word not so used, you might ask, what is this? Simple, it is formed from the terms Network Etiquette, an etiquette over the network. Generally the network referred to is the biggest network ever, the internet of course. It is a way of ‘manners’ on how to ‘behave’ online. It is a way of having rules online, basic things that can even come out from common sense, basic things such as, perhaps when you were young your parent used to tell you ‘use the fork, don’t eat with your hands’, that is a way of behaving while eating. Now netiquette is basically the same basic things but obviously in a way on how to behave online. Rules may vary, for example now I’m writing this article, right, would you want to read this article in SMS language and full of acronyms, well I don’t think so.
