I understand that this simplifies the process and also may promote the success of an annual trade show. I know that, after working out and perfecting all of the details with a particular venue, it might not be the wisest decision to move your show to a new event simply because you want to shake things up.With that said, sometimes I think trade shows need to be shaken up. The same old exhibitors, entertainment, and venue can get old after a few years of mandatory attendance.If you are nervous that your tradeshow is getting stale, I suggest trying alternatives before picking a new venue. Spice up the visuals by taking advantage of corporate computer rentals and projector rentals, liven up the entertainment, market to a new group of exhibitors, and offer door prizes. If all else fails, however, I am sure a lot of people would love to attend a trade show on a cruise ship!
