One of the main reasons that I joined the baking bloggers group, Tuesdays with Dorie this week, and why I am posting for this month's installment of Weekend Cookbook Challenge, is to get me blogging more frequently. From November last year, up until this month, I haven't been a very prolific blogger, and for the most part I avoided the kitchen.
