The event will be broadcast throughout Germany on the RTL network.NIGHTWISH has been nominated for an Echo Award in the "Rock/Alternative (International)" category.The bands latest album "Dark Passsion Play" has gone gold in Germany for sales in excess of 100,000 copies. After a long time without any shows, it really feels good to see that we´re finding our tourlegs again.A big thanks go to all of you people who have shown up for the gigs and clearly enjoyed yourselves and the band. Your great response to our new face at the front has been a big boost to our confidence and morale. This was definitely worth waiting. We all just wish we could have come over earlier.
