So I'm back in the market for a DVD player and my one and only requirement is that is has to be able to play DVDs I have purchased from all over the world. Here is an exercise in stupidity, all the DVD players are not sold multi-region playable. However manufacturers recognizes that the consumer demands it. So as a work around there is a folder behind the counter with instructions on how to "unlock" the DVD players. But the problem is that firstly it might not work, and secondly you have to remember to get the instructions on how to "unlock" it.

Also they drilled in three rooms before they found the leak. I had no renters insurance, and only want to be compensated for my time spent away from home, this happened friday, today is tues, I still do not have water, and they have not replaced the carpet yet, they dug 4 ft in the kitchen and I cannot use that yet, can I withhold any rent.
