Sin embargo, otras extensiones como Linkification o la barra oficial de Google tienen configuraciones complejas pero no disponen de funciones para exportar sus parámetros, de manera que se pierde un tiempo enorme reajustándolas en cada nueva instalación. Pensando en esto ha sido creada Ordered Preference Import/Export (OPIE), que permite exportar la configuración de casi cualquier otra extensión en archivos con extensión .prefs que luego pueden ser importados desde un nuevo perfil (el cual por supuesto debe tener instalada la extensión OPIE para realizar la importación). When the firing happened I thought this was just a one time scenario that was bad and the issue of policing the radio waves would be swept under the rug. I was wrong. He looked stumped when he started in on all the possible reasons he creates the pop art he does (he also insisted the work shouldn’t be called “pop” but, you know, it’s hard to deny). After attempting a few explanations and quickly retreating from each, he simply said, “I do it because it’s fun.” Looking at his collection, its hard to deny such work could be fun. His cartoonish, multi-media portraits denude their subjects of all but the most essential lines, filling space with brilliant, vibrant colors. His work is fun to look at; it makes sense that it would be fun to create. Get in on the fun while you can. Málaga’s Contemporary Art Centre hosts Opie’s collection until March 18. Admission is free.

2007-02-09 15:38:06 Whoopie Goldberg once again is starring in a multi million dollar national advertising campaign for a weight loss product. This time it is the worlds fastest growing weight loss company LA Weight Loss which has over 850 corporate and franchised centers worldwide. Ironically though when interviewed she said she had tried other plans with little success and states that she has lost 26 pounds in 10 weeks on the LA Weight Loss program which I am sure is commendable. Although 2 lbs a week could hardly be seen as a big deal except in Hollywood. Maybe she has forgotten that in July 2004 Whoopie was dropped from being the celebrity spokesperson for Slim Fast which of course is another highly succesful weight loss company.
