A recent survey by Naukri.com of around 900+ recruiters predicts that more than 44% recruiters are ready for adding new jobs , around 37% expect replacement hiring while 13.4% expecting freeze and layoff by 4.6%. These figures seems better than the survey conducted by Naukri itself around 6 months back when only 38% recruiters anticipated new job addition which has increased to 44% a significant increase of 8%. In the survey, Pharma and Medical, Construction and Engineering and Telecom industry were the toppers with more than 50% anticipating new job addition whereas ITes seems worst anticipating 8% of layoffs. Obviously the scenario is changing and industry is recovering from the recession which is a good sign for India.
