Part of it was the fact that I have some crazy hormones pulsing through my body and that other part is the fact that so many areas of my life have been out of my control lately. Mainly the whole situation with the car and the snowball avalanche that created. Nothing I could do about any of it and it just got to me. I will admit that in a lot of ways I am a bit of a control freak. I like things to be done the "right way" and I like to be able to say "I want to do this" and be able to do it right then. So when I get that nesting bug up my butt I want to clear out the office and get everything situated to start moving in the baby stuff. HELP, RENTAL IS OUT OF CONTROL
2008-01-26 18:46:00 We are in the middle of a diaster. Our rental is a duplex plus a detached studio apt. and is located just under a one hour drive from our home. We were to have a m2m lease signed by the two people sharing on of the dup. apt. We just recently started our own business which literally require us 24/7(We open 11 am and close 5am 7 days. With the new biz and the distance of the duplex more and more time kept going by and a lease was never signed. This is where it goes crazy.....the inital tenants paid about 2 months then one moved out and someone else moved in. The original tenant started letting their friends hangout and come and go as they pleased and the other person didn't like the sex and drugs goig on---so her and her boyfriend "gained access" to the other apt through a "broken window" and "moved in" there.
