2007-11-01 18:42:00 On the 29th October I blogged on the xenophobic and biased comments made by Tony Parsons.I found them offensive, and am concerned that they may add to the negative picture of British people that many in other parts of Europe have.It seems many share my view.A twenty-one page thread on the Mirror forums expressing dismayAnd a rather unusual attack on the UKMany people are complaining to the Press Complaints Commission.Do they have a case?The Code of Practicei) The press must avoid prejudicial or pejorative reference to an individual's race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation or to any physical or mental illness or disability.
