Craven is accusing Shore of not maintaining his yard, pool, spa, sprinklers, irrigation, swales, downspouts and slopes. The lawsuit goes on to claim that water from the Shore Property intruded and infiltrated the Craven Property causing a slope failure/landslide last December.
