This has been troubling me for a while.  And it just may go over like a lead balloon for some of you. We all work really hard on creating quality blog content, building our readership, creating trust in order to sell our legal services.  We publish it on our blogs, some under a creative commons license.  But when we started publishing did we automatically implicitly give any one person or company the right to gather our blog's feed and present our feeds in an aggregated format so they may profit off our reputation and work....without our permission? Plastech woes continue: GM seeks permission to move tooling operations if necessary Although courts ruled in favor of Plastech Engineered Products Inc. earlier this year, it appears as though the U.S.-based plastic supplier's legal troubles are far from over. General Motors has asked a U.S. bankruptcy judge for permission to take its tooling operations from Plastech in the case that the supplier fails to deliver parts to GM. According to Automotive News, GM is concerned about "the limited amount and duration" of Plastech's interim financing. Because of the supplier's financial situation, General Motors feels that a stoppage in supply is a very real possibility, which could result layoffs and a significant loss of production. Plastech filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on February 1st of this year. I've been really busy with work so I haven't had any time to post anything...is what I really wish I could say right now, but that would be a lie. I was just being really lazy for a while there. I always seem to get really lethargic like this over the winter months. I'd just like you to know that despite my month long absences from posting I have in fact still been working on the site and have some really big changes coming. I'm going to push myself to try and update somewhat regularly again because I have so much cool stuff to talk about. I've also decided to begin broadening the scope of the site a little more beyond just the Otaku sub-culture--Otakus aren't the only kind of Nerd, after all.Also; look forward to my review of NANA and NANA2 that I'll have up in the next few days. Yes, I did in fact actually watch the NANA movies. I'll also have a review of the enormously shiny Cowon A3 I picked up a short while ago.
