I was calling Virginia Beach all night- "Virginia Beach is for lovers" I remember those bumper stickers when I was a kid going to high-school in Miami. Then a guy whispered into the mic- "You are really in Norfolk Virginia." Well, they told me that the beach was right up the street. Isn't this the place where everyone comes for spring break; and gets rip roaring drunk? Yeah!!!! Well this is the place we wanted to come to?! The people have been great coming to the parties... The venues too. There are some beautiful theaters in America. The spot tonight was called The Norva. We almost had to cancel due to a hurricane that was aiming toward the town. We came in to town anyway and the storm did not hit.The pictures within the venue were spectacular. The Satellite Party is Perry Farrell's new "super&q
2007-01-14 14:42:03 The Satellite Party is Perry Farrell's new "super" band consisting of: Nuno Bettencourt and Kevin Figuerido from DramaGods, and Carl Restivo. The band expected to release an album in 2006, but has been pushed back to May 15th. The album is to feature some vocals by Jim Morrison on a song called "Woman in the Window". Not sure if you can take this band seriousely, we'll have to wait and see after the release of their album. |
