Libyan Al Qaeda commander Abu Laith Al-Libi, who was reportedly killed in a missile attack in North Waziristan last week, is said to have enjoyed unrestricted movement in and around Peshawar. Some unidentified persons have fired rocket at Hyatabad area of the city.   According to police there were no casualties in the incident.     The rocket was fired from the Khyber Agency tribal area near Hyatabad here, The News quoted SS Peshawar Operation Imtiaz Shah, as saying.   The police have taken the splinters of the rocket and investigating into the matter. The blast happened in the Musafir CD Centre located in the basement of a busy shopping centre in the city, police and local shopkeepers said. The roof of the shop collapsed in the bombing, Peshawar police chief Abdul Majeed Marwat said.A doctor at a nearby hospital said 20 people were injured, five of them seriously. "No one has died," doctor Ruhul Amin said.The bomb had apparently been placed in a water cooler inside the shop, witnesses said. CNews PESHAWAR: Thirty-six MPAs of Jamaat Islami (JI), Pakistan Muslim League (N) and Awami National Party (ANP) have resigned from the NWFP Assembly today.The NWFP law minister said that the MPAs of Jamiat-e-Ulema-e-Islam (F) would not submit resignations as the Assembly would be dissolved on October 8.At the meeting of the NWEP Assembly held in Peshawar, 24 MPAs from Jamaat Islami, eight from ANP and four from PML (N) submitted their resignations. PESHAWAR: Opposition members have submitted a no-trust motion against Chief Minister of NWFP Akram Khan Durrani at assembly secretariat here on Monday.The opposition lawmakers had earlier decided to file a writ petition in Peshawar High Court against Chief Minister Akram Khan Durran to stop dissolution of the provincial legislature.
