Pinnacle Las Vegas sits on Tropicana Ave. and Cameron Street and is being developed by the Falconi Group of Las Vegas. Pinnacle Las Vegas was first announced in 2005 with scheduled ground breaking in the fall of 2006.Pinnacle Las Vegas development team was sued for breach of contract promising an opening this August. This project has changed contractors three times over the past three years. Officials of Pinnacle Las Vegas have yet to announce whether they have a construction loan. Green Cable LLC represents 16 buyers who each paid 10 percent deposit for units priced from the $300,000s to more than $1 million. The luxury condominium market is flooded with projects plus with default rates to hit 12% this year makes it harder to achieve financing.
