This time I've uploaded some pics from the performances of Keane and Placebo.Although I haven't seen one bad or mediocre performance and I liked all the bands that we saw I personally thought that the performance of Keane was the best. Of course you always can argue and of course it's also a matter of personal taste and preference, but for me it was the overall combination of a good sound, an exited crowd and the enthusiastic respond from the band and it's frontman Tom Chaplin which made it a very enjoyable performance.Keane also did a very memorable cover of the Queen/David Bowie- song "Under Pressure" which gave me shivers through my spine, which doesn't happen that often. 2007-08-17 17:30:00 Today I did some stuff to my basement stairs. I love the white and the way the steps shine now! hehe! But then after doing that I felt sick, like cold and feverish. Was an awful feeling. But then a little while before dinner my father came home and brought with him some gifts that a friend has given to him. His friend has been to Madagascar and has brought some crafty stuff for us and a Malagasy crystal. My dad gave me the stone and told me that his friend was blabbering about the supposed healing power of the crystal. I was kind of skeptical too but then when I held the crystal I felt better! Yeah, no kidding! I felt really better. Like some sort of euphoria overcoming me, I wanted to laugh. OOY! I'm still feeling well, but I'm sure I had to feel better anyway! Crystals do not cure fever, do they?P.S : I can't do a post without some flowers, my zinnias are blooming again! Well the latest and supposedly greatest internet program to hit the market is called I-Doser. The program is basically an audio player that plays what the company calls ?doses? which are actually highly crafted audio files (.drg) that sound like static with random beeps and clicks. These beeps and clicks are pattern inducing and are supposed to alter the listener?s binaural brainwaves.Alteration of the banal brainwaves is still rather questionable in practice but because the chances of any physical harm are nonexistent, products like I-Doser go straight to market without testing.
