Tata Teleservices launched CDMA services last november in Assam with an initial investment of Rs. 100 crore and WATBlog was right at it. Tata Teleservices also invested over Rs.100 crore in the Assam circle, establishing a pan-India network with 20 circles to expand their national presence.
