When you start reading though, it gets interesting. This is not ye olde geography book. You will learn such important fasts like which country is the center of the universe, which one is the bridebasket of Europe and which one is dubbed the land of opportunism. The humor in this book is completely insensitive to the national pride of any country or any historical event (no matter how gruesome) so if you are easily affected by that kind of prose, maybe it is not the perfect book for you.
