Plaxico Burress, WR, NY Giants -- Burress has been out of training for two weeks with an ankle injury. He tried to return yesterday, though it was too painful and he had to stand on the sidelines. Not good. While Burress will likely return for the start of the season, a lingering ankle injury is never a good sign and Eli Manning can use all the practice throwing to his receivers that he can get.
