Ma oggi arriva la conferma che legge elettorale "porcellum" darà sì una maggioranza alla Camera ma non ci sarà tanta governabilità al Senato. La legge elettorale di Berlusconi attribuisce premi di maggioranza su base regionale e per tanto sarà difficile capire lo scarto tra i due partiti maggiori.
