It seems that Senator Clinton and Bill Clinton's daughter Chelsea Clinton was delivering coffee and donuts to the poll workers in Connecticut just before polls opened, but remained until a few minutes after they were open, thus violating a law in that state prohibiting the apperance of a campaign worker or campaigner in or within 75 feet of a polling place. I don't think she's going to jail for this, nor should she. Here's the video at ABC. BUT...Why "butter up" polling place workers? What about all of the problems with vote tampering allegations? 2008-02-06 03:14:00 So far it appears that the exit polling showed much more support for both Obama and Mitt Romney than what is being generated by the actual counts. Already one state showing Romney winning (Delaware) was called almost immediately for McCain. They showed him winning in Missouri and he currently is in third, 13% behind Huckabee. There are three states that exit polling showed Obama winning (New Jersey, Massachusetts, Missouri) where so far he is far behind in the counts with significant percentages counted. Now granted, these counts could change... but once again it looks like we might have another early leaking of exit polls that lead us to believe that we will see a President Kerry or President Obama.
