The Latest On Das Poot.
2007-08-10 20:54:00 The vet called…the test I had him run confirmed Poot’s glucose levels have been goofy for quite some time. I made an appointment for Tuesday so hubby and I could go in with her to find out exactly how to give her shots and how much. The vet called back about 20 minutes later. When I was on the phone with him the first time, I told him what Poot’s most recent home testing readings had been…this morning’s was 205 and the one from last night was 188. 188 is not that far out of normal range, actually. The vet told me that if we wanted to, and since Poot’s glucose levels don’t seem to be OVERLY high (we think the blood test results were overly high because of how stressed she was!) it would be okay if we wanted to try and head this off with a simple diet change. I’ve already changed her food over…she’s been eating wet food for the last few days…and we’re going to put her on a diabetic maintenance wet food...

2007-07-24 20:03:00 It's been a while since I last filled a request so I decided to fill two at the same time in today's post. First up is English actress Imogen Poots. Born in 1989, she's most known for her roles in this year's Sci-Fi horror movie 28 Weeks Later and in James McTeigue's 2005 movie V for Vendetta. It's very hard to find HQ pictures of Imogen but I found a few from the UK premiere of 28 Weeks Later taken earlier this year. For more info about her, go visit the Premier Imogen Poots fansite. The second request is pics of the American actress Arielle Kebbel. She has only appeared once on this blog before (see that post here) so I can understand the request for more pictures. Compared to Imogen there's a lot of high quality pictures of Arielle around so I decided to focus on her photoshoots. The first shoot is taken by Jamie Isaia and the other by Craig DeCristo. Enjoy...
