2007-11-29 10:42:00 Questo mese non c'è stato un solo dolce che mi sia venuto bene! Ah no, ora che ci penso i bignè con la crema di zucca sono l'unica cosa buona dolce del mese. Sarà il tempo, il mese cupo e triste o sarà proprio che non ho voglia di dolci e quindi li faccio controvoglia. Sarà quel che sarà, meglio le cose salate che mi riescono meglio e siccome come molti di voi anche io adoro i risotti, continuo con questo assalto di carboidrati, anche perché ho ricominciato a correre ed è una delle cose che mi va di mangiare di più. Il formaggio che ho usato è quello che avevo in casa, un semplice groviera che si abbraccia dolcemente con il porro.
