Predictions: Top 10 biggest NASCAR storylines to watch in 2012.
2012-01-04 00:12:00 As the start of the 2012 NASCAR season approaches towards the end of next month (February 2012) with the Budweiser Shootout at Daytona International Speedway followed by the 2012 Daytona 500. Today I want to share my thoughts and insight with my readers with my predictions for the upcoming 2012 NASCAR season including mainly the Sprint Cup Series. Here are the top 10 storylines to watch in 2012. 1. Another ?Boy?s Have at it? moment will force NASCAR to finally change the rules package in the sport and wake up at the same time. During the 2012 NASCAR season, it is a safe beat that their will be another ?Boy?s Have at it? moment so long as NASCAR drivers know that there is little penalty by NASCAR. And finally that moment will lead to a reaction that NASCAR will make changes to the current rules in the sport regarding where a hard line will be and what the penalty will be. Letting the drivers run the sport without much in the form of penalties isn?t the way to run such an amazing ...

Weintraub's Real Estate Predictions for 2012
2012-01-02 06:00:00 What better way to start out the new year than to read my Top 10 Real Estate Predictions for 2012? Alright, maybe you could be watching the Rose Parade and shoving chips into your face, which is what I would prefer to do on New Year's Day. But after all the hoopla is over, it's back to business as usual. I spent an inordinate amount of time analyzing the real estate market over the past 12 months and coming up with a logical forecast for 2012. In fact, almost every year I finish my predictions in November. This year took longer than usual. Maybe that's because 2012 will be an unusual year for real estate. Let me know what you think about my real estate predictions for 2012, OK? Bears' 53-Man roster predictions
2011-08-29 16:19:00 On Tuesday of this week (Aug. 30) every NFL team in the league will have to cut rosters from 90-man to 75-man. Predictions: The cream will rise to the top in final five races of who gets
2011-08-09 01:34:00 As the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series drivers and teams pack up and head home before heading north to the 2.45 miles road course at Watkins Glen for next Sunday?s Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips at the Glen. I thought that I would take this opportunity to discussion the NASCAR Chase for the Sprint Cup outlook and make a few predictions as to who is in the chase and who will be out. Who makes the chase will have a number next to their name. With five races to go before the cutoff point after the final race at Richmond, I believe that these drivers will make the chase for sure. 1. Carl Edwards (1 wins) 2. Jimmie Johnson (1 win) 3. Kyle Busch (3 wins) 4. Kurt Busch (1 wins) 5. Kevin Harvick (3 wins) 6. Matt Kenseth (2 wins) 7. Jeff Gordon (2 wins) All seven drivers above have shown all season long that they are truly Cup Series Championship contenders including Jeff Gordon who is trying for his fifth Cup Series Championships. However not everyone is comfortable right now with five races...
Soap Dish: Emmy Winner Predictions
2011-06-17 21:34:00 Sunday is a big day my friends and I am not just talking about Father?s Day, it is the Daytime Emmy?s woohoo! I love this awards show and with the cancellation of both All My Children and One Life To Live you can expect some tears to be shed and some fabulous tributes. In honor of the show that gives the lovely ladies and gents of the Soap Opera world, and other daytime shows too, the recognition they deserve I thought that in this edition of Soap Dish I would share with you my predictions for who will take home the golden award in Vegas. It is fun a little thing to do and then on Sunday we can all see how my choices do at the show. Outstanding Daytime Drama Series ? All My Children because well it is going off the air in September so I think it is a given it will win. Outstanding Lead Actress In A Drama Series ? This is a tough category and although I truly believe Laura Wright deserves the honor because she rocks. I think it will go to Colleen Zenk. She was amazing as Barbara Ryan...

Bears NFL Draft Preview: Making Predictions on their Picks
2011-04-25 22:45:00 Last year's NFL Draft was pretty boring for you- the Chicago Bears fan. No first round pick because of the Jay Cutler trade, but this week should be much more interesting. Despite having such a successful season that yields Chicago picking #29, the Bears have plenty of needs: safety, center, wide receiver, and most overwhelmingly of all- OFFENSIVE LINE! Specifically tackle, although don't be shocked if they first look to the other side and take a d-tackle to shore up their weaknesses inside. Since Tommie Harris is gone, someone like Baylor's Phil Taylor or Illini stud Corey Liuget could be there when they're on the board....

DWTS Week 3: Snarky Thoughts and Predictions
2011-04-05 16:26:00 I say Sugar Ray leaves tonight. Wendy has a fan base. The former boxing champ does not. She should practice a day in Maks tights...she might find life isn't so bad.
Realizing my White Sox predictions are terrible
2011-04-05 06:23:00 Last week, before the season started, I finally got around to an exhaustive review of the entire White Sox roster. While I was confident in my rhetoric summing up the relative quality of each position group, for some reason I felt the need to punctuate every player summary with predictions of their season totals. Vague stuff: triple slash lines for the position players, and workload and ERA/FIP for pitchers. As much time as I spent looking over previous numbers, checking peripherals, and factoring in age, an alarming amount of the development process for these numbers was based on "how I felt" about each player. Disaster was inevitable. There is a massive white space between this and the rest of the content after the jump. You have to scroll down. I am sorry. Copy and pasting from Excel is a baaad idea.

Fearless Roster Predictions for 2011
2011-03-11 18:51:00 So far I've covered reserve outfielders, reserve infielders, and the odds of each pitcher to make the starting rotation. Now it's time to put it all together and make my predictions for the Opening Day Roster:POSITION PLAYERSEveryday Lineup:1) RF Kosuke Fukudome - Why? Very Early Horizon League 2011-12 Predictions
2011-03-09 04:11:00 As Butler took down Milwaukee on tonight for the Horizon League Championship the league part of the season officially concluded. That means it's time to start looking forward to next season. What follows is a team by team breakdown of the 10 programs in the conference with some projections for next season and some things that are meant to spark conversation. The main things you'll see below a team are its returning minutes, returning points, returning and possessions. Then there's a little blurb about next season. There's at least one team that I think is going to surprise a lot of people next season, and they're not from Chicago. With that little preamble let the games begin!...

Will Annette Bening upset Natalie Portman? Will Melissa Leo's "For Your Consideration" campaign spoil her chances against Hailee Steinfeld? Is "The King's Speech" still the one to beat? Will America be able to stomach another wild upset in the Live Action Short Film category?!My prediction in every category is in the photo gallery below.
