2012-02-03 11:35:00 An diesem Rezept hatte sich Nadja schon für zwei versucht und fand das Semmel-Käse-Verhältnis mehr als gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dem kann ich nur beipflichten, bei diesem Rezept war das Verhältnis von Brot zu Käse für 4 Portionen als Beilage genau definiert. Daran habe ich mich orientiert und wir hatten an den Kas-press-knödel mit Endiviensalat dann weder geschmacklich noch mengenmäßig etwas auszusetzen. Ich kann Foodfreak aber nur zustimmen, hier wurde bei den Mengenangaben definitiv geschlampt. Irgendwie ist sowohl in dem Buch als auch auf der Website bei diesem Rezept der Wurm drin. Im Buch werden die Zutaten für 2 Personen angegeben, die dann einen ganzen Endiviensalat dazu genießen sollen. Wir fanden einen ganzen Kopf Endivie für 4 Personen ausreichend. Und das Käse-Brot-Eier-Milch-Verhältnis- kann ich auch nicht so ganz nachvollziehen. Hier ist mein Rezept, so wie ich es für 4 Personen zubereitet habe.
