I know they haven't forgotten about it because they mentioned they'd have it for us when we met to discuss improvements they would like us to do. We had the meeting, but still no signed lease.They are requesting a mold inspection because one tenant coughs at night. No visible signs of mold, tho there's a basement with a working dehumidifier. We've made the call & the inspector will be out week after next. We put a monetary limit on some kitchen cabinetry if they want to purchase it immediately. Otherwise, we want to wait for the mold inspection to see if any remediation is necessary before we spend more money on the kitchen.
