2008-03-26 19:53:00 If you wanted, you could spend every hour of every day posting real estate ads on the hundreds (if not thousands) of property listing sites. Of course nobody does this because you would die of sleep deprivation and would therefore be unable to respond to the leads you have generated. So perhaps without realizing it, we all ration the amount of time we spend listing our real estate properties online. In all of our minds we recognize a point where the diminishing returns dictate that our ads have covered an acceptable portion of cyberspace. A cost (time) benefit (leads) analysis, if you will. I thought it would be interesting for people to share how much time they dedicate to online marketing, and how many leads that amount of time produces. What sites are the best? It is a balance between maximizing leads, and minimizing the amount of time spent on the computer. Where exactly is that equilibrium???
