All that would be possible if the Dynamic Architecture building is to be constructed in Dubai. The 68-story tower will feature floors that can be individually rotated for 360˚ via voice commands from the resident in the each floor. There also seem to possibility to command entire building at once making it wonderful show for everybody outside, as it changes shape according to sound or some other theme making it look almost fluid.
