2011-04-28 03:46:00 The episode 11 recap of Survivor: Redemption Island begins on Night 27 at Camp Murlonio as the gang returns after voting Julie off. Steve tries to make amends with Phillip, assuring him he is not a racist. Phillip shakes hands but still considers Steve part of the enemy. Steve then tries to butter up the rest of the Ometepe Tribe, or Omies, complimenting them on blindsiding Julie. The Tribal Council had been a crazy one as the former Zapatera Tribe members, the Zappers, tried to get Phillip voted off. But Rob is protecting Phillip and plans to take him all the way to the end. In short, John Haynes & I were each able to bag a nice limit on the very same body of water that skunked me the weekend before. I personally believe it had to do with location, we fished many of the same lures & techniques, conditions were pretty similar but the scenery had changed.We started off fishing some rocks on the mouth of a backwater, where John quickly tempted some nice smallmouth with a 3/8oz Sunfish Tru-Tungsten Jig. Those same fish, showed no interest in my Reaction Innovations Method Crank that I was trying to make work. redemption week? 57 Bond also in contract
2008-03-21 12:28:00 After just hitting the new contract at 152 Franklin Street last night (it worked! 152 Franklin contract 2 weeks after dropping), it turns out that #4E at 57 Bond Street also just went into contract. I hit this baby kind of hard when it was new (November 1 re-setting values at 57 Bond / there goes the neighborhood) and again when it came back to market (January 7: 57 Bond back on market / still pushing (new) neighborhood values). I missed the January 8 price drop from $3.45mm to $3.295mm and the February 7 drop to $2.95mm. I would guess The Manhattan Loft Market was as unimpressed as I with the $150k drop that stayed well above "3"; then it took (only) 5 weeks for the new "2" price to work.
