The various types of ARS reviewed in the article include Municipal Issuers, Taxable Closed-End Funds, Municipal Closed-End Funds, Student Loans, and Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDO). Imada liked this one better than last year as this time around it was not him but Kenny Perry who ended up in the water on the 18th hole. Imada shot a final-round 67 and birdied the 72nd hole to reach the playoff. Imada became the first Japanese player since Shigeki Maruyama to win on the PGA Tour. Ryuji is having a hell of a season with two runner-up finishes already this year, at the Buick Invitational and PODS Championship. I hit this baby kind of hard when it was new (November 1 re-setting values at 57 Bond / there goes the neighborhood) and again when it came back to market (January 7: 57 Bond back on market / still pushing (new) neighborhood values). I missed the January 8 price drop from $3.45mm to $3.295mm and the February 7 drop to $2.95mm.
