2008-06-02 08:10:00 E' proprio così: Ronnie Coleman si è ormai ritirato da Ottobre 2007,ma noi continuiamo, forse più di prima, a rincorrrerlo per vedere la sua forma, commentarla, renderci conto se il suo tricipite sinistro si riprende... Continuiamo inconsciamente a commentare la sua forma come se dovesse mostrarsi di nuovo in grado di vincere il Mr.Olympia. Nessuno, me compreso, si rende conto che ormai si è ritirato, sta pensando ad altro (in parte). Forse un giorno tornerà sul palco per qualche gara minore, forse. E' questo che rende questo atleta uno dei miti più grandi della storia del bodybuilding mondiale: nessuno si arrende all'idea che non salga più sul palco. Allora, che sia giusto o no, continuiamo a seguirlo, a fotografarlo, a commentare la sua forma. New DVD: Ronnie Coleman Invincible
2008-04-04 16:09:00 E' questo il titolo del nuovo DVD di Ronnie Coleman, del quale per adesso sappiamo ben poco. Quello che sappiamo è che è uscito e disponibile presso la Mocvideo, azienda produttrice, la solita Mitsuru Okabe. Dopo Relentless, quindi, Ronnie produce il suo ultimo DVD dandogli un nome importante e che alla fine non rispecchia i risultati ottenuti all'ultimo Olympia ma bensì in tutta la sua carriera. Dal suo primo First Taining Video a Invicible, sono passati esattamente 10 anni. Dai 60 minuti del VHS siamo passati a circa 6 ore dell'ultimo DVD. Ci sarà da divertirsi, statene certi.

2008-03-05 16:59:00 We heard it last night on Pro Bodybuilding Weekly, but we've heard it before.So, after hearing the rumors that eight-time IFBB Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman was seriously contemplating a return to the stage in 2009, flexonline decided to hear it from the man himself."Yeah," Coleman told FLEXONLINE.COM this afternoon, "I'll come back and probably be doing the Arnold [Classic] or something like that. Or some big European show. I’m really big in Europe and people appreciate me a whole lot over there. 2008-01-15 16:51:00 One chapter closes, another one begins.With his days of dominating the Olympia stage behind him, eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman recently began another stage of his life by marrying Rouaida Christine Achkar. A personal trainer, Ackhakr was born in Lebanon on July 29, 1974 and raised in Paris, France. Ronnie met his new bride in Paris –- ah, l'amour -- on March 22, 1998, at a Paris Sports exposition. Achkar is currently working towards a degree in sports medicine at the University of Texas at Arlington. The wedding date was December 28, 2007. Il suoi infortuni si vedono tutti, adesso inizia sempre più a soffrirne, il dorsale è molta asimmetrico e la gamba sinistra sembra esser molto più piccola della destra, per non parlare del tricipite.Ora, Ronnie è un grande campione e si capisce che sta cercando di rimediare in qualche modo, ha perso molta dimensione, primo modo per poter cercare di rimediare a questi problemi. 2006-12-22 13:16:02 Mentre traduco un articolo del Review Journal sul caso Craig Titus, che seguo ufficialmente, vi posto un bel video… Ci sono bodybuilder che cambiano completamente durante l’offseason, prendiamo Lee Priest: in offseason diventa un altra persona, la faccia gli cambia quasi completamente, poi, in poche settimane ha la capacità di cambiare completamente ed asciugarsi a vista d’occhio.Un caso molto interessante è il nostro Ronnie Coleman. Nell’offseason presenta un addome (pancia???) proprio bella… Ovviamente nell’offseason si perde di definizione, e questo video lo conferma.Visto che è difficile trovare riprese di bodybuilder in questo periodo, ritengo questo un video interessante..

2006-12-22 13:16:02 Tra le parti tagliate al Mr.Olympia 2006 trasmesso da Italia 1 ci sono anche diversi spezzoni di questo confronto diretto tra i due colossi del Mr.O: Jay e Ronnie. Il video è eccezionale, inizia con una presentazione dei due con una bella musica di sottofondo, mostrando le foto del contest, per poi mostrare le pose migliori ed i confronti diretti. Il video è veramente stupendo, con un’ottima qualità audio-video. Dura 7:48s. Credo sia il miglior video-sunto sul Mr.Olympia 2006 che abbia mai visto fino ad adesso. Gustatevelo…e fatemi sapere le vostre opinioni

Coleman vestito con giacca nera, occhiali scuri ed un bel cilindro in testa…fantastico, mi piace postare questi video mondani e strani sul BB…Il video dura 01:06, quindi è molto corto, occhio all’inquadratura, non è certo ferma!!E che dire dell’audio… |
