Scott Rothman Is Dumped
2008-05-01 00:34:00 Scott Rothman Is DumpedWriter sells comedy script to ColumbiaSource: Variety Scott Rothman is pretty happy about getting Dumped. We should qualify that statement actually ? Scott Rothman is pretty happy about getting Dumped, his spec script about a male friendship falling apart, picked up by Columbia for six figures. The story revolves around two friends who begin to experience a difficult ?break-up? when one of them embraces adulthood, while the other refuses to let go of his irresponsible carousing ways.Sounds like a comedy to us, although one that could well come tinged with dramatic overtones. But given that Rothman?s previous spec script, Fratboy, is a comedy (currently being developed at Warner Independent), we?re confident that our first guess is correct.Dumped will be produced by Michael DeLuca through his Sony-based production company.Source: EmpireOnline

RegDex, Form D for RBID.com

2007-07-10 07:41:00 RegDex, Form D for RBID.comBefore you ever buy any stock, perform your own due diligence. Learn how to find information like this and if you can!!The following document is what is referred to as a Form D, a RegDex filing: they are filed when a company needs or wants to raise money. It discusses what the money is for and current structure of the company, like ownership, officers, purpose, and more.It would be REALLY exciting to see the details on the exchange of cash for stock. We already know that the minimum investment is $10,000.00; how much stock does that buy: what are the terms?? A stock promoter named Shakerzzz on the I-Hub Board recently announced that he is being compensated $35,000.00 for "market awareness" or promoting the RBID stock. It is still unsure if Shakerzzz has been paid yet, but I also wonder about the money, the $35,000.00 that has been raised in the Form D. Proceeds from the Form D are earmarked for more than just salaries, bonuses, and working capital; RBID ne...

THE "Form D" ~ RBID.COM, Inc.
2007-07-09 07:06:00 Lex Luthor NOW has a copy of the public document that has the earmarkings of a private document. It's difficult to get, time consuming, is NOT free, the CEO will not discuss or acknowledge it The following document IS public information and was furnished to the SEC to inform all parties that the company, RBID, plans and has begun to sell common stock to raise capital. It has been my experience that documents like these are easily available either electronically through companies like Edgar, or a press release is issued with a description of the filing. In this case, Edgar had no record available for electronic viewing, and a very concise public sentence was issued in the beginning of June that mentioned a RegDex filing. This is how many of us, investors learned of it; if you really wanted to view it, you had to contact the SEC and pay for a copy resulting in about a 3 week wait. This is what I had to do: pay and wait for a public document from the company I invested in that has the...
